Morty is the gym leader in Equlteak City and ghost pokemon specialist.
He is one of character in Pokemon who the site manager loves individuality (^-^;;).
Ghost pokemon is hard to capture, right? So, I guess Morty might have something that ghost pokemon is tamed (^-^;;)
